The Western Foot and Ankle Conference Room Block Cut-Off Date: May 15, 2012
After May 15, all rooms not utilized will be returned to the Hotel’s general inventory. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations from attendees provided the Hotel is not sold out; however, after that date, rooms will be subject to availability at prevailing rates.
To guarantee a room within The Western’s group rate, it is recommended that you make your reservations immediately. Please be aware that the block of rooms available at the group rate is limited.
