Educational grants are used to fund California Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA) continuing medical education programs (CME).

CME program grant estimates include the total estimated costs for the specific program, i.e. content development, full speaker coordination, promotion, administrative costs, signage, supplies, audiovisual, CME accreditation fees, etc. These unrestricted educational grants are negotiated on an individual basis depending on the CME program, i.e. general session lecture or track, hands-on workshops, etc. Please contact Andrea Carrick for more information.

CPMA is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatric medical education.

All programs are developed and coordinated by the CPMA Scientific and Education Committee.

CPMA CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION DINNER                                           $3,000 - $20,000

Lunch (1 day available)                                                                            $18,000 Sole Sponsor/$10,000 Co-Sponsor
In order to increase and maintain high traffic in the exhibit hall, lunches have been scheduled in the hall.  Lunchtime is the crest of exhibit hall activity, and your sponsorship will provide your company the greatest exposure and visibility. Your company’s name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area, on-site conference guide and elsewhere throughout the meeting.

Virtual Tote Bag/Advertisement                                                            $15,000
Exclusive opportunity to host and advertise the Virtual Tote Bag. Attendees will download educational materials from this website which would prominently feature your company’s advertisement.

Lanyard Badge Holders                                                                           $5,000
The sponsoring company will have name and/or logo printed on the lanyard. Attendees wear these badges throughout the entire meeting.

Registration Packet Envelopes                                                               $8,000
The sponsoring company will have name and/or logo printed on registration packet envelopes to be given to every registrant.

Continental Breakfast (3 days available)                                            $10,000 Sole Sponsor/$6,500 Co-Sponsor
A continental breakfast is scheduled in the exhibit hall to promote traffic. The sponsoring company’s name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area and elsewhere throughout the meeting.

Refreshment Break (3 days available)                                                  $5,000 Sole Sponsor/$3,500 Co-Sponsor
An afternoon refreshment break is scheduled daily in the exhibit hall. The sponsoring company’s name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area and elsewhere throughout the meeting.

Pens                                                                                                              $3,500
The sponsoring company name and/or logo will be placed on pens that are given out to all Western registrants.

Total support for educational grants and/or sponsorship funding will be recognized by the level of overall support at the Western Foot and Ankle Conference.
