Western Gala - Friday evening - $15,000
Your company can gain outstanding visibility by co-sponsoring this event for registrants and their families. A variety of recognition opportunities are available for exclusive sponsorship. Your company's name and/or logo will be featured at the Gala, in the final meeting program and elsewhere throughout the meeting.
Exhibit Hall Lunch (3 days available) - $12,000 per day
In order to increase and maintain high traffic in the exhibit hall, lunches have been scheduled in the hall. Lunchtime is the crest of exhibit hall activity, and your sponsorship will provide your company the greatest exposure and visibility. Your company's name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area, final meeting program and elsewhere throughout the meeting.
Attendee Giveaway (Canvas bag) - $10,000
The sponsoring company will have logo or product name placed on these popular canvas bags given to all WPMC registrants.
Lanyard Badge Holders - $10,000
Lanyard badge holders will include your company's name and/or logo. Attendees wear these badges throughout the entire meeting.
Registration Packet Envelopes - $10,000
The sponsoring company will have name and/or logo printed on registration packet envelopes to be given to every registrant.
Exhibit Hall/ Continental Breakfast (2 days available) - $7,500 per day
A continental breakfast is scheduled in the exhibit hall to promote traffic. Your company's name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area and elsewhere throughout the meeting.
Exhibit Hall Refreshment Break (3 days available) - $3,500 per day
An afternoon refreshment break is scheduled daily in various locations in the exhibit hall. Your company's name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area and elsewhere throughout the meeting.
Lecture Hall Coffee Break (3 days available) - $2,500 per day
Coffee breaks are scheduled each morning in the meeting registration area prior to the exhibit hall opening. Your company's name and/or logo will be featured on signage in the refreshment area and elsewhere throughout the meeting.
Pens - $2,500
The sponsor's company name and/or logo will be placed on pens that are given out to all Western registrants.
CPMA Corporate Membership
CPMA Corporate Members receive a 30% discount on booth space at The Western. Corporate Members will also receive priority choice of the preferred booth locations. In order to receive priority choice of locations, Corporate Members must have booth applications submitted by Februrary 10, 2008.
