WESTERN FOOT AND ANKLE CONFERENCE AND COVID-19

CPMA is currently planning The 2022 Western Foot and Ankle Conference, and we remain committed to offering yet another exceptional, high-quality academic program with ample networking opportunities with colleagues and our industry partners. 

The 2022 Western will be a hybrid meeting, meaning we will meet face-to-face in limited capacity with a virtual option for Doctors of Podiatric Medicine to attend from home via the same app we used in 2021. We will have onsite exhibits, and each exhibitor will be offered a virtual booth so attendees using the app can shop from home.

Learn what you can expect during your visit to the Disneyland® Resort

Please visit Disneyland.com/Updates  for the latest resort-wide updates, and work with your planner for the most up-to-date information
on current health and safety measures and operational changes regarding your event. These policies are under continuous review and are
subject to change as we monitor conditions and receive guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies. As you
prepare to visit, certain parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, have
limited capacity, and are subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

Review, Sign and Return the Pre-Arrival Waiver
All attendees visiting the Disneyland® Resort will be required to sign a COVID-19 liability waiver prior to arrival, and follow all health
and safety measures required by the State of California, local health officials and the Disneyland® Resort.

Review our COVID-19 Warning and Health Acknowledgement
Prior to arrival, you must review our Health Acknowledgement at Disneyland.com/Updates . An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19
exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially
vulnerable. By visiting the Disneyland® Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The State of California
strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland® Resort.

Face Coverings
Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) in all indoor locations, regardless of vaccination status. This includes upon
entering and throughout the hotels, many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, including shuttles and buses. Face
coverings remain optional for Guests in outdoor common areas. This applies to all attendees, staff, vendors, and third parties. For the

Maximize Your Visit with the Disneyland® App
We recommend Guests download the Disneyland® app* when you arrive at the Disneyland® Resort as it has many helpful features to
enhance your visit, including linking your theme park ticket on their mobile device; mobile order service and menus for dining; and realtime
attraction wait time information. Turn on notifications for important information and updates direct from the Disneyland® Resort.

Explore Important Changes at the Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort
If you are planning a stay at a Hotel of the Disneyland® Resort, review important information about your stay at
https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/hotels/ . As a Disneyland® Resort Hotel guest, the Disneyland® app* is a helpful
tool that provides access to features such as access to hotel reservations, online check-in/check-out, digital key and charge-to-room. To
access these features, you need to first link your hotel reservation to your Disney account via the Disneyland® app or online.

Planning to Visit the Theme Parks? A Valid Ticket and Reservation Are Required
Attendance is managed through a new theme park reservation system that requires all Guests to obtain a reservation for theme park
entry in advance. To enter a park, both a theme park reservation and valid admission ticket, for the same theme park on the same date,
are required for Guests ages 3 and up. If you have a multi-day ticket, you must make a theme park reservation for each date of your
visit. Prior to purchasing tickets, be sure to view theme park reservation availability online as theme park reservations are limited in
