Attendees
To earn continuing education contact hours (CECH), attendees must sign in at designated times during the live stream of the meeting. No CECH will be awarded for missed sign-ins. Missed sign-ins cannot be made up.
Attendee Cancelation and Refund Policy
Cancelation of registration must be received in writing via email to dkenoly@calpma.org by May 12, 2021. No refund will be made if notice of cancelation is received on or after Thursday, May 13, 2021. No refunds for resident or student tickets. A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be kept for administrative costs without exception. Refunds will be made via check to the address provided at the time of cancelation.
Exhibitors
By registering here you agree to the Rules and Regulations and are bound by a contract to exhibit at The Western Foot and Ankle Conference. Please see Rules and Regulations tab under "Exhibit".
Full payment must be made at time of registration including a $500 nonrefundable deposit.
